ACTION:
Food supplement used to facilitate sleep and adequate rest. Suitable in case of insomnia caused by ageing, stress, anxiety, working in shifts, after daylight savings time adjustment.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:
1 capsule in the evening, half an hour before going to bed with a glass of water.
If necessary, take two capsules.
In order to achieve good effect, take regularly in the evening for 3-4 weeks.
